Full First Floor Renovation The entire first floor was taken back to brick, allowing for a complete reconfiguration, improved insulation, and a modernised internal layout.
Hip‑to‑Gable Loft Conversion The existing hipped roof was extended to a full gable, significantly increasing usable floor area and enabling a more efficient structural solution.
Front Roof Extension for Staircase Access A front dormer extension was designed to provide compliant headroom and safe access to the new loft level.
